Brought my motorcycle to yhe store and we exchanged the my battery which was no longer holding a chagrge. They helped me pick out the right replacement. Than they charged it and filled it at the store.. and helped me put it in. Also, since it was late said that if something else was wrong would make sure we got my motorcycle started so I get it back home. Great job, thanks read more

Recommend 100% AGAINST getting any phone screens replaced. After a nice experience having my screen replaced, the phone had all sorts of issues... wouldn't swipe... Touchpad wouldn't work... 10 second+ delay from tap to action...Phone froze multiple times until locked screen came up....Randomly dialed people from my directory repeatedly...And you cannot see the screen at all wearing sunglasses, including when comparing against a factory iPhone screen, which you can read just fine Steve, the manager, confirmed they use aftermarket screens and kindly agreed to refund if I brought them the olds screen when I replaced at a legit Apple Store. Apple does now allow consumers to keep the old screen. Steve referred me to Todd, the manager, who explained there must be a problem with my eyes. Awful experience. $130 for garbage. read more

I took my son's phone to this store to have his cracked screen replaced. There were some complications during the repair which led to further damage of the phone. While I can't say I was pleased with this part of my experience the way it was handled was awesome! They definitely did everything they could to make the situation right. Very pleased with the outcome!!! Can't imagine these types of issues arise often but if you happen to be the lucky one know that you will be taken care of. read more

I don't always leave reviews, but this is so bad I had to share it... If I had the option to choose 0 stars I would've. My boyfriend and I just had the WORST experience. He took his screen there to get replaced and bought a $30 screen protector. When first leaving his phone the guy insisted he get his passcode to check the camera. My boyfriend told him that you don't need the passcode to check the camera, and the guy said it would void the warranty if he didn't. My boyfriend said so what, just use the camera on the lock screen. When it was replaced we noticed that the iPhone screen was A LOT more dim than my iPhone screen. We decided to go back the next day and ask about this. The guy said that he would replace it, so we came back two hours later. When we got the screen it was STILL dim (the whole reason we took it there), and then gave him a knock off glass screen protector that felt thin as paper. When walking to our car and taking off the plastic protector we noticed there was a crack at the bottom and I took it back inside to complain about the cheap screen protector and the crack. Long story short, the guy got in a yelling match with me about it and refused to refund him the money and stated that he couldn't do anything else besides put a third screen on. We told him no because we already wasted our past two hours waiting for the second screen. We left and will NEVER be going back here. RUDE employee and TERRIBLE customer service. Instead of giving the business to locals we will take our phones to Apple next time. read more

I needed a new battery for my watch and was hoping they would repair my cell phone. the two gentlemen lacked personality and were rude. My watch battery was $ 9.99 which I'm sorry is ABSURD. it used to be I could go to Meijer or Walmart and it would cost $3.00 maybe. I also asked about possible repairing my cracked cell phone screen. mind you there is a sign on the door that clearly says CELL PHONE REPAIR. I wouldn't walk back in that store if my life depended on it. so now I have an overpriced battery in my watched and a cell phone that is toast. We weren't greeted or were we thanked and told to have a good day. if I had known how much it cost for the battery I wouldn't have had them put it in. read more
