This review is specific to U box storage…read more We ordered one U box. The U Haul assigned mover said it should be plenty of room. Then half way through the move the mover said it wouldn't fit. So we ordered a second box for a few items. The U Haul staff then lost the first U Box and no one could find it. There was no record of it in the system. After about 5 hrs on the phone someone finally located it. If we didn't argue to have them find it, it probably would have been lost permanently. In the end, the U Haul mover charged almost triple for what was originally quoted. Terrible experience.
