Went to Battles Buick & got horrible service. Basically my radio wouldn't shut off. I waited 2 hrs for them to say they needed to order the part. They would call me but never did. So i called them back & they said come back in. I went back in & waited again but they said they couldn't fix it. They had to order another part again. The man at the front desk was very unapologetic & frankly shouldn't be in customer service. Finally I asked can you at least shut the radio off & he refused. So I called Prime Cheverolet & explained the situation on my 2019 Terrain & they said bring it in & we'll check it out & at least get the radio shut off. So Battles just bought the Nissan dealership next door...drove all the way down the Cape on a friend's recommendation...BRIAN.. the supposed "go to guy" according to the owner... showed me a couple of cars in my price range and refused to negotiate anything... I can do that anywhere and he said "you're certainly welcome to do that" and actually let me walk away...lol..can you imagine...lol..all he had to do was offer something... anything!.... Just visited Battles to look at a car that was posted online. Called to be sure the car was still available. Yes, no problem, car will be ready. Drove 30 minutes to get there. Met salesman, Bobby. Road tested car. Was the car checked in the shop and what was fixed? Bobby: well, sometimes we check the car after we sell it. So what is the incentive to fix anything after the car is sold? Bobby: you can trust us. We survive on our reputation. Is there any flexibility on the price? Bobby: Hold on, I will call the sales manager. 20 minutes, no answer. I will talk to the general manager. 20 minutes, no answers. I will go next door and talk with the owner of the dealership. 20 minutes, but this time we have an answer. THE CAR IS ALREADY SOLD! And amazingly, I don't think this was a bait and switch. It was just sheer incompetence. Great way to waste an entire morning. read more

They replaced the blower motor for my HVAC in my 2004 GMC Sierra last November 2016... It died and experienced the same symptoms nine months later... I brought it to them and explained the situation... They wanted $500 even though they didn't find the cause the first time. I expected them to offer a full replacement at no cost, their diagnostic was incorrect initially... I will never use them for service on my truck again and I would never recommend them to anyone. My husband and I stopped by today to look at 2015/16 Sierras to buy our next truck (this will be our 3rd Sierra) and had the worst experience with the sales representative. i went to battles for an inspection sticker. i asked the service man as to how long do i have to wait. he stated about one half hour because they were doing an inspection right now and that i would be next .i arrived there at 2:14 pm . as i was waiting , one hour had passed. i learned that what they did was to do a couple of inspections for there nissan dealership next door whereas the nissan dealership sold a couple of nissans and the sales person wanted them to get a sticker on the cars that they had sold right away . , so what is this thing that they say is the inspections are on a "first come first serve " that is a lotta "bullshit and i was very pissed off to say the least . they claimed the nissan dealer was before me ? how could that be ?when they told me that they were doing an inspection on another car and i was next.they lie lie lie and lie and they really want you to believe them . yes, i chewed their ass out as well as blasted them for doing this shady crap. i am not stupid and did not graduate from "dumb ass university" like them they think that the public is "stupid" so to this end i will not ever do any business with battles gmc in bourne.i will do my business with falmouth toyota where i know that they are very honest an does not pull this crap with their customers ! so long battles !! i hope that other customers realize your companies shady shit !! no thanks! john mc k bourne ma . read more

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This is one of the most dishonest, unethical dealerships I have ever seen. My father (who has been advised by his doctor not to drive) is 84 years old, and they took complete advantage of him. They sold him a basic Honda CRV for their ASKING price and then sold him a $2,000 extended warranty. When I found out my father was considering purchasing the vehicle, I called Bob Holmes, the salesman, two times and left messages for him to call me back as soon as possible (prior to the actual sale). He did not return any of my calls and sold my father the vehicle. My father cannot drive now, and we are now stuck with a vehicle that is not worth the price he paid. He will lose thousands of dollars because of Bob Holmes' unethical sales practices. And that money could have been used to help pay for his medical expenses and care. read more

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I wasn't in the market for another car, but my 2006 Nissan wasn't going to pass state inspection and I couldn't see sinking more money into a 12 year old car. I "shopped" on line and found a GMC Terrain that I was interested in. Just my luck someone purchased it but Christie McGarry the on-line contact suggested another Terrain they had in stock. Audi Soares took over for Christie and took the deal to the "goal line." Between Audi and Nancy in the finance department working with me by giving me a better price on the car and a bigger trade in I drove home last Saturday with a great GMC Terrain. The icing on the cake came this Saturday when I went back to get an inspection sticker. "Smiling" Wendy Souza in service realized the used car had not been brought up to Battles standards and put a new set of brakes and another oil change. The wife and I had errands to do on Saturday so Wendy arranged for a loaner car (2018 Terrain nice) so we could get things done.
