Alyssa was a great listener and offered creative suggestions to what I wanted. The cookies arrived in their own individual packaging, in bubble wrap to prevent breaking and on time for distribution. They were all sugar cookies with different designs and were so delicious. I had to stop myself from eating the ones that were designated for gifting . On the other occasion, my friend wanted to celebrate her daughter's birthday by doing a Virtual Paint Party (due to the Pandemic), so I ordered cookies from Oh My Grace Treats to add to the favor boxes and once again Alyssa did not disappoint. There were only two cars in front of me in line to order, to even get my order to the staff took 10 minutes. I ordered the Original High Protein Chocolate 20 ounce- simple order, no modifications. It took another 10 minutes to get to the staff where I watched one staff member make toast, two other smoothies before greeting me and asking me to double check my order. When she asked me if I ordered a banana strawberry toast I knew they screwed up. I reminded her of my order and then she created a new order I paid (she did apologize and took $2 off) and then asked me to drive my car in front of the store and she would bring it out. This whole drive thru experience took 35 minutes. For a smoothie king to take that long seems unacceptable, I learned my lesson and will not be going back to this smoothie king for a long time. I was 30 minutes late to work but that was my own fault for assuming smoothie king would be faster. If you have the time to wait then there's nothing wrong with their drinks, but if you're in a rush, don't go here!

The farm raises a variety of different livestock such as cows, goats, sheep, ducks, etc across 25 acres. You can place an order at their main office and they will call when it's ready (thank goodness, because it smells unpleasant in the office). Feel free to feed the goats some hay or show their pet dog some love in the meantime. My 2 hens were ready within 10 minutes of ordering. Bringing ice is highly recommended to preserve the meat's freshness. I see the appeal even if you don't follow a halal diet. It's a great way to get fresh livestock and support your local farm. Personally, coming here took me back to when I visited my relatives in rural China. Careful on the drive here! If you're coming down south from 288, you'll have to traverse across a steep and narrow neighborhood road to get here.

When I opened the package at home, I found a large section of dark brown meat in the middle surrounded by bright red fresh-looking meat. It immediately raised concerns about the quality of the product, and I no longer felt comfortable serving it to my family. The biggest issue is the inconvenience. I specifically purchased this meat for dinner that evening, and once I discovered the condition of the product, I had to completely change my plans. No customer should have to inspect every package of meat after arriving home just to make sure it's acceptable to cook. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Whether I shop in-store or use curbside pickup, I continue to receive products that are close to expiration or questionable in quality. It has become frustrating because I expect better quality control from a company with H-E-B's reputation. Customers pay for convenience and quality. Instead, I continue to waste time returning products or finding last-minute alternatives for dinner. H-E-B has built an excellent reputation, but experiences like this make it difficult to continue shopping here.
