The furniture looks amazing, and is heavy from use of solid wood throughout, but unfortunately the…read moredevil is in the details. Of the two pieces we ordered, both had issues. Drawers did not line up correctly after delivery and we had to fidget to get them aligned properly. Not that big of an issue and not a deal breaker. But, that's when we discovered some troubling quality assurance issues which were sadly the nail in the coffin so to speak which results in both pieces being sent back for a refund. It's completely unacceptable to pay such a high price for furniture and have every single screw miss the rear support spars (you can see the points of the screws missing every spar in one of the pics). There's some basic math/measuring that should simply not occur when buying this supposed quality level of furniture. Also not sure why each piece had odd markings/marker notes on them. And you can see a piece of the backerboard was crushed. Again, where's the QC? We had waited anxiously for them and was sadly disappointed. For those who are sensitive to smells/chemicals, I'd also suggest leaving them outside after delivery since they ship them off as soon as they're built. This results in quite a bit of off-gassing. Not pleasant to sleep in a room that smells of chemicals. I really wish none of these QC issues had occurred with our delivery/furniture because I really did like them but at the end of day, even I.kea furniture has better QC.

Then this year we contacted them again for another curio cabinet, this time in a different configuration. And once again they customized it so all three pieces of furniture match. This company is amazing to work with, are very responsive, and create furniture that far exceeds my expectations. One advised they only work on units they've sold, and the other advised they were 2 to 3 weeks out. When we called Broadway, Tanner advised he had an opening 2 days out, which we scheduled. I had guests visiting the house at the time who were isolating due to the virus. Jessie the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was respectful and properly prepared for the situation. He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. We wholeheartedly recommend Broadway Appliance.

Mervin knew exactly what I wanted and even offered a suggestion I hadn't thought of. The contractor he recommended to do the gravel pad was so meticulous, I was glad I didn't try to tackle it myself. When my 16X24 garage was delivered the crew worked in a way that there was absolutely no time wasted and the jobsite was immaculate when they left. The fit and finish are so much better than what you'd see at the lots with a few different sized sheds on display. It cost me $0.40 per page printed in color. The results were quite nice - they use a laser printer. There is no self-service - if you are printing from a file, you'll have to have an employee help. Even though this seems like a drawback, I was in and out faster than I probably would have been at a Kinko's (no, there's not one in the area). They are definitely not setup for multiple customers at once, but there was no line when I went. The other weird thing is the computer upfront is a Mac so we had to use the computer in back (the owner's office?) to access my file. So it's nice that they support both, but I'm not sure if I would have been able to print if the owner/supervisor wasn't there.
