She never once met with us in person after cashing the check. She did not adequately return calls or emails. Didn't file necessary paperwork on time & irritated the judge. Lost documents we prepared & gave her on zip. In the first appearance when opposing council presented something false that we had documentation of to prove otherwise, instead of requesting the judge review the item specifically (from previously filed exhibits) she simply said "uh it's in the documents". She didn't forward court documents to us. She had the audacity TWICE to send after hours email stating court dates for the next morning! No phone call, no counseling, no response to inquiries. What kind of person preys on someone who is so vulnerable for money? These issues we are in court for- divorce, domestic assault and child custody are absolutely devastating times​​. Our family needed this woman to help navigate the difficulties of court & law. She's a disgrace to her worthy peers and a disgusting abuser of power. We deserve a full refund although no amount of money can repair the damage she's done. She's effectively fired and we will continue with another attorney. I pray no one else suffers Ms. Iversons' incompetence while fighting to keep their family safe.
