Do not ever use this realty company!! They are absolutely terrible. They hide , don't return phone calls and they don't disclose important things like EPA REMOVAL OF radioactive waste!! which is or should be considered fraud ! They don't return your earnest deposit back in a timely fashion either (still waiting) excuse after excuse. They are unprofessional and will waste your loan time so you won't be able to look for a new house at the great rate you had!! They have or will caused an increase in our or your rate. They need to close their doors and should not be allowed to sell houses AT ALL. If you do get stuck call the news , BBB , NAR , NYS bar association , report to NYS licensing dept too and an attorney!!! Know your rights!! RATE ZERO -0 the worst! read more
