Lynn helped me overcome an anxiety attack that prevented me from sleeping 5 years ago. I cannot give this woman enough credit. This is her calling. She lives and breathes hypnosis. Her words, whether speaking in conversation or in a hypnotherapy session flow like water. We spoke over the phone at length free of charge and she assured me that though I've been disappointed with 6 out of 7 different hypnotherapist, she would give me a full refund if I didn't go into trans. My deal is a TBI from a tragic fall down the stairs at 10 mos old, followed by extreme child abuse and a series of unsettling relationships that were just as familiar as the toxic environment I grew up in. Unfortunately, I never got to meet Lynn in person. Although, she may be a great hypnotherapist, she has a difficult time maintaining her schedule. When I got in touch with her through email to schedule a phone appointment. She scheduled me for 1:00 PM the next day to speak on the phone. 1:00 came and went, with no response from her. I called her, left her a voicemail, emailed her, and did not get a response until TWO and a HALF hours later. She apologized, and offered to schedule an appointment again at 1:00 PM the following day. I agreed that would work, but she sent me another email saying that 5:00 PM would work best, and I had to rearrange my schedule once again... We did end up talking on the phone, but felt that she spent a significant amount of time telling me about her other patients rather than assessing what I needed as an individual. The degree of detail in which she went into the stories of her patients, made me feel like she wasn't respecting their privacy. Although her examples about her patients may have been illustrative in explaining hypnotherapy, I felt that I was not being heard at all. She promised to text me a few youtube videos about psychology and email me her information. But alas, I never got the text or the email. Long story short, although Lynn may be a talented hypnotherapist, I never got a chance to schedule anything with her because of her erratic and very last minute schedule changes. If you make an appointment with her, she is likely to forget almost immediately. If she promises to send you something, there is a good chance that information will never be sent. I wouldn't suggest coming here if you have any urgent matters, or if you are a busy person, because Lynn does not seem to respect the time of her clients. I decided not to go to Lynn after having the ball dropped on me multiple times. She may agree to meet or talk on the phone with you, and simply fail to call or show up when the time comes. If you read further down in the reviews, you will see that others have the same experience with her lack of professionalism regarding punctuality and promptness. I'm giving her 2 stars because although she seems like a nice person who genuinely cares, I need a certain degree of reliability (like actually showing up to appointments ) that she seems to lack. read more
