I, Henry Guzman Villalobos(Apache/Yaqui Native American) Writer/Researcher of Federal law, Native…read moreAmerican Rights, etc, was a patient of Dr. Topufan Razi, for over 15 years for chronic severe pain. One day in his office he told me that he could not prescribe my pain medicine(Morphine) anymore, without explaining his motive for taking my much needed pain medicine from me. I am an elder of 81 years old and in my opinion and expertise/knowledge of federal law, the US Government/FBI need to investigate Dr. Razi for elder abuse, racial discrimination, medical negligence, etc. Many patients have complaints against Dr. Toufan Razi and his staff("Pain Management Clinic"). cc: Media, General Public, Univision 14-KDTV, Indian Country TV, California Government, US Government, US Attorneys, Native American Nations.

HORRIBLE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE FOR CHRONIC PAIN. Dr Razi and the entire staff at this…read moresupposed "Pain Management Clinic" continually treated my mother (in her 70s) *like a criminal* for needing a pain pill a day (norco) for her several serious conditions. After filling her doctor-prescribed pain med for over a couple of years, they decided out of the blue that she should no longer receive norco or any similar pain opioid... even though they manage the dose. They kept denying her prescription, making her jump through hoops to even speak with a qualified medical professional. NOW on top of Dr. Razi and Boomerang staff treating her like a tweaked out druggie (and she's the sweetest and very pretty mom), no other physicians will then prescribe her anything when they see a Pain Clinic on her medical chart to manage meds. They all send her back to Dr. Razi. So I went into an appointment with her to ask them if they have even examined her physically. He won't even look at her. SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL BULLY CHILD. It's egregious malpractice (legally I don't know, but definitely unconscionable). So I asked Dr. Razi to explain why he won't prescribe even the lowest dose Norco, and he stood up, turned his back on us and left the room shutting the door telling us to leave if we want to talk about Norco. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO CRUEL. THEIR SOLUTION? Instead of 1 norco pill per day, they tell her to take MULTIPLE medications with horrible side effects. They make her very dizzy (in danger of falling and breaking bones). They meds even give her canker sores and cracked skin around her mouth from extreme dry mouth making it painful to eat. And these meds do *very little* to alleviate any of her extreme chronic pain. She called to get an appointment to talk about these different medications and possible adjustments for her side effects. They told her they will no longer see her and she needs to find another clinic. UNBELIEVABLE. I'M SHOOK AND ANGRY. You might wonder... were we too upset or emotional when we went to speak to them. My mom is one of the softest-spoken people, and I am too -I'm very calm, I believe in listening, and he wouldn't even treat my mom like a human being dealing with serious life-altering pain. NIGHTMARE DOCTOR AND INDIFFERENT STAFF. DON'T WALK -- RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Dr. Min is wondering! He has help me with abdominal pain, migraines, and menstrual problems…read more He does a detail consultation when he examines and ask many questions before treating you. I highly recommend coming to him !

My HMO uses the unbelievably crummy Brown & Toland I.P.A., and Dr. Min is in-network with them…read more(and their only L.Ac. near me). So I went to his office for an appointment. To begin with, Dr. Min has a very questionable mastery of the English language, both in speaking and comprehension. Then he complained to me repeatedly about the hassles he had to endure dealing with my HMO insurance plan (like I need to hear this--and then why did he bother signing up with them in the first place?). He also expressed pessimism that my condition could be helped now that I had had back surgery (so why would I want to keep going back to someone who has little to no faith that he can do anything for me?). But the down-side of those three things pale in comparison to the fourth. Dr. Min had me strip down to my underwear for my acupuncture treatment (which is not unusual, nor is it inappropriate). But after he removed my needles, he failed to close the exam room door--and I'm lying there nearly naked! As if this weren't a big enough breach of privacy, Dr. Min shares his office with two women who work in a completely unrelated field, so the door was left wide open for them (and anyone else who might have entered the office, as the floor plan is wide open and the exam room was right off the lobby) to see my nearly naked body!! I have seen a number of L.Ac.s in my lifetime. Never have I experienced anything like this. Can you imagine an MD leaving an exam room door open and just walking away while you're nearly nude? Well it's no less inappropriate with an L.Ac.
