Dom's creativity, passion and professionalism made for an overall amazing experience and top notch end product that will last for years to come. OVERALL SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION Overall, the quality of service was above and beyond anything we expected. We booked the team just one month prior to our wedding and they were still available, which told us it was 'meant to be.' From the first email outreach Dom was timely and thorough in his responses, often returning our emails within minutes. When it came to handling payments we did have to do it the old fashion way (via check and snail mail) but Dom does accept CC in person. THE BIG DAY On the day of our wedding, Dom and his team showed up early to get setup at the hotel for the 'getting ready' portion of our day. While we were getting ready (in separate rooms) we hardly noticed they were there. When they did need us to do something they were very polite with their requests. As we were planning our wedding, we never factored in a wedding videographer into our budget. However, after long debate with our families we decided that it was imperative to get video because truth be told, the day goes by so fast, that we will never have an opportunity to relive those moments in time. I moved from LA area to Sacramento and my wedding was going to be in Modesto. I've searched videographers in the Sacramento-Stockton area, but no one had the type of style I wanted.
