Big communication issues. They dont return calls so it takes weeks to make an appointment, no appointment confirmation either even after leaving voicemails, except 15 mins before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived they didn't have my doctor referral anymore, and brought me to the next door office to take my payment. After a little bit more wait, the doctor announced they had to reprogram the monitor and asked me to either reschedule or come back one hour later. As I only went there twice in 3 years (same organization issues) and only to install a monitor on my arm, I am not in a position to assess doctors (they seem knowledgeable and competent, from my experience) but just was disappointed by the organization issues, when it is also challenging to plan 1.5 day off at work. read more

I had an ECG at this centre, and the staff treated my emergency situation with utmost care and attention. They were extremely comforting and attentive, and I'm very thankful they took precautionary measures. In scheduling the appointment, it was difficult to reach someone live but they returned my call within 2 business days. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and they took me early. Receptionist is extremely rude. Insists you sign a form which is suppose to be mandated by the Ministry of Health but does not have the Ministry of health logo on it and the form does not pertain to the procedure which you are having done. The technician explains what an ultra sound is by saying it is an ultra sound. It is like saying surgery to remove you gull bladder is done by reaching in and taking out the gull bladder but how it is done and what is being done can not be told. He has extremely poor manners. So I just walked out without ever seeing the cardiologist. The receptionist thought it was okay to ask a patient how they were voting and, after being told it was a private matter, not only continued to press him, but actively solicited him to vote for Doug Ford.
