Do not go here! I am not usually one to leave reviews but I…read moream so upset right now. My dryer broke in mid cycle tonight, with a load of towels in it. They needed to be dried, I pull up to the laundromat at 9:05pm, the window clearly states hours are 7am-10pm with last wash 8pm, also doors wide open. I walked in with my son, and all she said to me was we are closed. I went back in, explaining all I needed was about 30 minutes in the dryer and the worker refused, said she had to go and that the customer inside was almost done. Proceeded to basically walk along side to get me out the door to lock it. I am still sitting outside currently 40 minutes later and he is still inside, lights on and the girl walking. G around. Why couldn't I have dried my one load of towels? As I am reading all the previous reviews I am finding that this place has definitely taken a dive.

That meant that I should've had $4.31 left on the card. Enough to do some drying. I went to the dryer and was hoping to use the remainder of what's left on my card I was confused because it said I had a bad card. I didn't quite understand what was going on, surely it must've been a glitch in the computerized system of the dryer because I had just gotten a brand new card just 30min earlier and know for a fact I didn't use the entire balance. I went to the front desk where I approached the woman who was working there and she took my card and "checked the balance" and sure enough she said I had a zero balance. I went as far as pulling up my online banking to show her that I had just made a $12.00 transaction right there at that location no more than 30 minutes ago. Proof! Also, if they just looked at the security cameras they would see that I only used that one machine and was not trying to get one over on them. I was foolish enough to think evidence transaction would've been enough to at least acknowledge some sort of issue with their machine. She just kept shaking her head. I asked if I could get my $4.00 back on the card that was not used and she just continued shaking her head. I grabbed all of my wet clothes and left. This is the type of experience that makes potential repeat customers never return.
