The nurse said that she and another co-nurse would make sure my parents were comfortable. More unexpectedly, the doctor who performed the procedure called me just to make sure everyone was on the same page. I appreciated the care everyone took to make sure not only the patient, but the extended family was cared for. Thank you!

I once had some testing done here back in 2019, which went fine, and I was billed a small amount…read morethat my insurance didn't cover. I paid that invoice in a timely manner, but I got another bill for the same amount about a month later. I called to let them know it had been paid, but the rep I spoke to had a bad attitude, accused me of lying, and said I had to prove I paid it. I told him I have no way to do that and reminded him that was his job. He retaliated against me by sending my bill for less than $20 to a collection agency. I had to provide them with my bank records to show I had already paid the invoice. I know I took a long time to post this review, but it's been bothering me and I want to warn others of my experience and the immoral actions of this place.

I'm sure it's not an exciting job to do but don't "close" before your advertised close time. It's wildly inconvenient and I also saw an elderly woman be turned away just after I was. Ridiculous. If you're going to be closed for services at 3:55pm ET, make that your business hours or grow up and do your job until it's done.
