Now granted I only needed two bolt,washer,lock washer & nut set ups but I paid for the entire pack not to be missing one piece of hardware out of each pack ... This is an on going problem, I've experienced the same problem with Auto Zone just down the block ... Not Acceptable by any means !!!! I truly believe that the guys behind the counter are aware that their so called mechanics that work out of their parking lot use their hardware inventory as their personal stock .... Like I said this happens all the time .... I needed the hardware anyway so why bother going back to the store !!! This happens on the regular !!!!! I had a nice experience here. the employee was willing to help look up the break pads I needed. I was able to get in and quickly. The parking lot isn't nearly as busy as Auto Zone's either. I'll be back here from now on for my car needs.

They welcomed me back with open arms and gave me the royal treatment. Anyways, They replaced a my blown subwoofer along with a cable head connection thingy and installed it at a reasonable price and in such a short time. I must be honest, I've always loved the quality sound they initially gave me and now it sounds even better!!!' In this update I would just add that 2022 was another great year as Mark and the team at OneSails were there for everything I needed this season, and the low price to fix the shredded foot of my spinnaker, with a 20 foot rip from being caught in a cleat, was extremely reasonable and the repair completed in less than a week. I also love the new white mainsail and wheel covers they made for me last winter. I also like how they support our local sailing events like the CYC Vanderbilt Cup where I won that cover. Katie is just a miserable person to deal with They took my credit card number and charged me by the hour for misdiagnosing my old Generator Installed a new fuel pump $7,500 then tell me the Generator is shot because there was water in the engine cylinders. That should have been diagnosed from the beginning. Quoted me $30,000 for a new Generator then charged me hourly for the labor to install it for an entire week. They are shady Move on past this business there are many other reliable trustworthy companies out there that offer better friendlier servos. Ran my credit card on file 3 times over 2 months charging me for all the labor of misdiagnosing my old Generator without my consent. I am currently disputing the charges with chase bank.
