I waited 45 minutes outside in the pouring ice rain in winter while I was 8 months pregnant. I tried contacting them through emails and phone calls but it took the 7th call for them to finally call me back. Eventually the photographer finally arrived, and took my photos. She was very kind and very easy going. On the same day, the management contacted me to pay them a higher priced than what was advertised. After I etransferred them, they then messaged me the correct amount, but I already etransferred them the money.. they didn't give me back the extra amount either. They told me it should take 1 month for the photos to be edited and sent to me digitally. 3 months have gone by, now it's March and I heard nothing from them. I contacted management and she finally messaged me to select the photos I like. Then another month went by.. and they finally send me the photos in a Google drive album. I saved them, but a month later, the photos won't open after I saved them.. unsure why. I tried contacting the management hoping they can help me find a solution, but they completely ignored me. It is now 2 days away from July. Half a year have gone by. I spent $1000 for photos that I have no access to. I hope no one goes through what I went through. This just feels like a scam. I wished to capture my pregnancy in memories, in beautiful photos. They advertised an amazing job for maternity and baby photoshoot, but this pains me and filled me with regret for going to them. I can't even retake the photos with a different company because I already had my baby. I was going to come back to them for baby photoshoot, but now I hope everyone finds a different company to take their photos.

I was very particular with the backgrounds, props and how many shoots for my baby, baby& older daughter & family and ones with my mom. I would never wish this on anyone especially those that are getting married, I hired the @theweddingroup which now goes by @osc.weddings ,owner Emaul Spencer also owns@Osc.Photography and most recently i see a name change to @onestepcloser.wc I hired Emaul whom contracted out two additional photographers/ videographers to shoot my wedding on August 10,2024 along with an additional person to do my photobooth. I selected his gold package and he was paid in full over $5k, all was well and professional leading up to my wedding day and the day of. After my wedding day we allowed the full 12 weeks as per the terms of agreement with the gold package to pass, for him to review and edit all captured images.It was at this point I began to contact him to simply check in on the status of my paid services ,with no success. He has chosen to not answer any of my attempts by email, text, dm messages, phone calls and voicemails I have made regarding the delivery of all completed services. As you can imagine all my priceless memories from these photos cannot be replaced, and I have not received even one photo or professional video by him. By chance, most recently I had a friend who also was one of my bridesmaids, see Emaul Spencer at a party one week ago and she confronted him respectfully , he acknowledged the situation and promised he would contact me and send my pictures/videos within 24 hours, yet again NOTHING. My story needed to be told and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, heading into 4 months past my wedding date and he has ghosted me. My goal in sharing this is to ensure this serves as a guide to anyone reading this that maybe looking for videography/photography services take into account my experience and review. What he has done to me and my husband IS NOT OK and I wont just remain silent. Emaul Spencer if you are reading this please contact me and honour your word regarding my paid services.

Our wedding was cancelled because of Covid restrictions so we decided to do a photoshoot instead. I asked if we could use the deposit towards the photoshoot, he said "no you can't, but you can use the $500 towards it photo prints". We paid full price for our photoshoot and did the photoshoot in May 2022. 4 months after, I emailed asking to do prints for our home. Emaul Spencer did not respond. I continued to email, call, and message on Instagram and he ignored each one but yet this year 2024 January he posted our old photos to his Instagram and continued to ignore messages. This unprofessional, disrespect is why I am leaving a review so that other people can see the type of person and "business man" this is. I would not have had a problem if he decided for whatever reason not to honour HIS OWN SUGGESTION of using the $500 towards photo prints. My problem is the blatant disrespect. if he for any reason didn't want to apply the $500 for anything because it was originally for the wedding I would have been completely okay with that but instead HE SAID WE COULD GET $500 WORTH OF PRINTS which is also why we went ahead to do the photoshoot. We tried to call them and no response as to ETA - no apology or offer to stay to make up for the missed key hour of photos until we asked them - slow printing process and entering emails delays it too - wires on the ground were not properly taped down for safety - photobooth was too close to the background - could not fit larger groups well

Extremely difficult to communicate with. I did not receive my edited template until 1 day before…read moreour wedding at 4PM despite requesting for them a month in advance. Don't bother making any adjustments to their contract prior to signing as it will be forgotten/ignored. I had requested a second printer to be present on our wedding day as back up in case there was any mechanical issues. None of the photos were being printed due to a printer issue in the beginning of the night and the staff said they did not have a 2nd printer on standby. I had also requested for the staff to be in professional attire as this was for a wedding and had this included in our contract. One of the staff showed up in cargo pants and a tshirt and had to be dismissed soon after starting. The photobooth itself also started to lag towards the end of the night resulting in many blurred images. I would not recommend cinebooth to anyone unless they wish to be ridden with anxiety throughout the entire process of working with them. I understand this is a highly busy period for all wedding related vendors but this does not excuse them to disregard contracts and not communicate deadlines in a timely manner with their clients. Hire at your own risk.
