Substititiions can cost up to four Euros more, but If certain places are well know like this placethey can get away with nickel and diiming you for a glass a tap water and such. The customer service is very good but when something unexpectingly crawled out of a salad and the pincher bug shown (since it was most likely garden fresh), was disregarded. Of course, another salad was offered but we felt it wasn't really necessary. That is can happen to organic salad and it certain things can be overlooked. I guess it was just the way the situation was handled. After paying an espresso was offered on the house, yet we already getting up to leave.
