Enter panic mode. I started looking for places to do my SMOG test. I found this place. I called and was informed I could do a walk-in, which I opted for. I asked how long it would take, and the man quoted me 10 minutes. I waited there and watched the process since I've never had to do it before and was curious. I watched him hook up the machine to my car, but became distracted with a call. By the time I hung up 10 minutes later, my car was done and PASSED (anxiety levels declined). Not only did they fit me in the same day - they price matched. I drove right over and sure enough - they took me right away, were courteous and had me out of there in less than fifteen minutes. I'm glad I checked because sometimes Groupon can be cheap but it usually doesn't include $8.25 certificate fee and $1.75 electronic transfer fee, so you end up paying more than you thought you would. I walked in on a Saturday around 1:30pm without a reservation and was in and out within 10 minutes. The gentleman was friendly and efficient. I'm so glad I found this spot and will be coming back for smog checks in the future if the price remains the same or reasonably priced! They even had a TV inside while I was waiting!

It probably would have been done quicker but there were a couple of people ahead of me. They did a few chairs inside for you to sit while you wait. If you were planning on using the web special, I would recommend calling them just to make sure your car qualified for the discount before you go. I thought I might have needed to call a few times before someone picked up but they were quick to answer my call. I noticed the guy actually carried the phone with him when I was there. The only downside about this place was that they charge you for a retest if your smog check failed so that would be something to consider if you decided to come here.

Excellent service!…read more My passenger mirror/ housing needed to get a replacement Lei had me bring in the car to make sure that he didn't need to order excess parts/ charge for excess service. Once he determined the issue and the parts needed, he placed the order for the replacement parts and I put the deposit down. Parts arrived next day and I was able to bring the car in during my break. Within a few hours, my mirror was fixed. Additionally he noticed that the air in my car smelled funny, he asked if I wanted my cabin filter changed. I took him up on the offer and he quickly obtained the replacement parts and had it ready within the business day. Communication was great throughout the process and all questions were answered.
