He was very courteous and helpful. A couple days later, we stopped in again to see what he'd found as he never called. He acknowledged that he hadn't had a chance to find them yet, and was apologetic for having forgotten. He committed to calling us by the end of the day. That was about 2 weeks ago and we still haven't heard back. Suffice it to say that the new mats in my car were ordered elsewhere. My husband was also looking for pricing on a tonneau cover for his new truck which we never got either. They've lost our future business.

Worker rudely advised me that the policy was to get out. Complete lack of tact, after I told him I could go to another place, he told me to do so. Another employee starts trying to verbally engage me in a screaming match. These individuals forgot to recognize that they represent the company they work for. If I was a supervisor or manager, they would not have a job tomorrow. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life. Will not go back and what terrible way to make a first and lasting impression on a potential customer. Aside from the required Lorazepam the employees require, a cigar smoking hamster could have replaced them and offered far better service.
