The front desk was professional & courteous. The nursing staff went above & beyond in helping me get testing and results I needed. One of the nurse, Michele, really went out of her easy to assist with getting an echo set up for me the very next day when my in office ekg was abnormal. She stayed after hours to accommodate me. Unfortunately, I'm just overweight enough that a comment line that was, at best, inconsiderate and at worst inappropriate.
So I got my echo results and went across the street to Methodist cardiology, where they explained to me all about my valve condition and murmur, scheduled my further testing- without any special equipment, thank you very much-and really set my mind and heart at ease.
