This is great Urgent Care! The wait times aren't several hours long. The staff is friendly and efficient, while really caring for me and my kids needs. No broken bones! Don't go to the urgent care for broken bones. I did and it has now taken over 4 days for xray results. Not exactly "urgent." Go somewhere that has their own imaging so you can get results immediately (urgently). This was an absolute nightmare with BSW AND their app (garbage)! The front desk didn't know how to do intake, and we waited a long time while in pain. I don't recommend this for urgent care, and if you want any kind of communication with your providers or doctors, run away from the app immediately. They are incapable of customer service via phone, and incapable of building an app that works - don't even bother. Bummer since they're so close - but never again. I had one of the most uncomfortable check-in experiences at any healthcare clinic ever at this location. The person at the front desk was either not having a good morning or does not like her job too much. As a first-time patient, it was just not a great impression. Not great to feel that uncomfortable especially when establishing care at a new facility. They have messed up my appointment two times in a row as my first time coming here. First time they canceled my appointment without telling me even giving me the confirmation call. Second time they tell me I can get something done and told me repeatedly that they were sure I could and I take off work for the second time to be told that I can't get it done. I would recommend not coming to this location because they have wasted two days of my time off of work. This location is convenient in location for me, right off mopac and easy to find. The staff is usually attentive and with an appointment I've been seen quickly. My last couple of visits were great, I like the doctors and PA's I've seen. This last time I came in needing tamiflu. It was on a Saturday at 1:30 and I went home to rest while my script was being sent to my pharmacy. When I went to pick it up they didn't have any scripts for me. I called the office and they were closed but I was redirected to their after hours nurse line. Again, she was very friendly and said she'd help me find a pharmacy that was still open and would have them send the prescription over. I never heard back from them. It is now Monday, too late for the medication to work. I am so disappointed because I wasted my time making an appointment, going in to the office, going to the pharmacy and never receiving the medication I needed because the staff failed to send over the scripts to the pharmacy. I want to note when I went in they were not busy and seemed well staffed. In the future I'm not sure I will be returning to this location. I need to trust that my health needs are taken seriously. read more

After a year of bad service with Baylor Scott & White I am finally moving on. There is truly no point in establishing primary care here because the wait time to see your doctor as an existing patient will be months out. That leaves you with no option other than seeing random nurses who don't understand your background, don't order tests, or try to understand the root cause of what's going on. I've been prescribed different medications every single visit trying to understand what is happening with my health. I don't feel that the practitioners really try to get to the root cause. After 2 back to back visits with no tests ordered for a new ailment, I came in a 3rd time to demand specific things be tested for based on my own research- how sad. I am now on day 6 waiting for test results when the staff told me the wait time would be 1 day. Trust the reviews, this place is truly the worst. read more

So many issues with Baylor scott and white as a whole. This office in particular is a joke. I scheduled a follow up through the app they so highly speak of (it's CRAP) which they then took it upon themselves to change the type of visit, making it a $45 co pay. When I tried to change it back to a normal quick follow up visit I then had to wait THREE weeks for a follow up on an ear infection. Dr.DeLiberato does not level with you as a parent but instead will automatically refer you to the ER to cover his own ass. My daughter had a mild case of rsv to which I had to send multiple messages asking for a different alternative than waiting in an ER for who knows how long. After having to fight with insurance because he told us to go through them first to see if we would be accepted before arriving, (which I found out later he isn't allowed to do!) I finally got him to prescribe albuterol instead. Which would have been the most common sense first approach. Not to mention, as first time parents, this doctor could not answer my most SIMPLE questions about what they wanted to inject into my daughter. He should know the ingredients to what you're recommending children to take and why. He should be ready to provide INFORMED consent, as a pediatrician. Everything just gets pushed under the rug here. No one knows anything to simple questions I had. There's zero level of personal care. This isn't the place for you if you're someone who has a brain and wants to be fully informed with the decisions for your child's healthcare. I gotta be out of my mind letting that girl talk me out of getting a shot to remedy my sciatica. Why would I do that, and I why would she do that? Best guess is she just didn't want to give a shot. I am collapsed on my living room floor writhing in pain because that 'see you next Tuesday' didn't want to work. She said it was because giving me that shot would mean I couldn't start taking the Prednisone for a couple more days. Well ok I guess, but then again what the difference does that make except I wouldn't be contemplating suicide vs dealing with this pain right now. What is wrong with me, and what is wrong with her. I can't sit, I can't stand, I can't walk, I can't take a number 2. Who knows what I'm going to do when that bell starts ringing. All I can do is curse myself for accepting her asinine explanation and fantasize about her feeling my pain. There was a reason she didn't want to give me that shot. She didn't even offer it as a solution until I asked. I just can't figure out why. When I asked for a pain killer she said the Prednisone is a painkiller. It is not a painkiller l later learned. She just lied to my face. Now because of her lie I'm writhing in pain on my living room floor, desperately trying to turn my body in such a way as to stop the incandescent burning that fires from my lower back. I'm so mad. I can't get up to urinate. I can't get up to take a number two. I CAN'T GO TO THE BATHROOM SHAE VAUGHN! If I could get to the toilet I'd never be able to get on. I'd never be able to get off either. Do not come here if you might need blood work done. First off, I was left with giant bruises on both of my arms because of how aggressive the nurse was with her needle... I rarely have an issue with bruising after blood work. Also, the lab that they send samples off to does a horrible job. It takes way too long to get results back when other BSW clinics in Austin are able to have them back within 24 hours usually. The worst part is that the labs repeatedly provided results that were not complete... which made me have to go back in to a different BSW clinic to get the exact same tests done again. The lab that they use to run their tests is Quest Diagnostics located in Irving, TX. The staff here may be competent but it doesn't matter if the tools they use to diagnose and treat are no good. Again, the labs did an awful job running my results and because of that I cannot recommend This Baylor Scott and White clinic at all. read more

I wish I could give this clinic negative stars. Going on almost two months to have this clinic correct THEIR mistake when they did my lab work and put the wrong code and now I'm getting a bill from Quest, over $900. I called Baylor Scott and White Insurance billing and claims department (my health insurance) first in January and every week since and I've been sending the clinic messages through my patient portal as well. I get the same cut and paste response from a Heather and a Tyler, with the incorrect number to call Quest. On February 5th a representative from Baylor Scott and White from the claims and billing department, spoke to a staff member at Austin Circle C and they assured her that they would resubmit the lab/work order with the correct coding. They have not done that all, in fact I got the same cut and paste response with the same incorrect number to Quest. I don't know what else to do to help this clinic understand that Quest no longer calls or reaches out to clinics, doctors offices for correct codes. I let Austin Circle C know this because Kathy from Quest told me. Horrible place, now I have to hire HealthCare Advocates to help me with this before I have a stroke because of the run around I'm getting from Austin C Clinic. read more

Dr. Denton helped take care of a finger I sliced the tip off of with a mandolin. Ouch! They were quick, attentive and funny. I appreciate humor when I'm hurting! My 6 y/o daughter was with me and she was playing doctor with a mask and gloves. They were humoring her and playing along...pretty cute. read more

We had an awful experience with them. If you call to follow up repeatedly because you are not improving, they will not call back. If you leave messages for them to call on the main line, they get you mixed up with another patient. Complete incompetence. We were misdiagnosed and then called to attempt to change the prescription as suggested by the pharmacist and they said there was nothing they could do for us. read more

Do not go to Baylor Scott & White Clinic. They will scam you. My daughter has been sever time for allergies and always pays her co-pay. She had a pimple become infected and went to the clinic. Doctor just said lets drain this and poked it and told her to let it drain. Two weeks later she gets a hospital bill for over 1,000.00 and now they say in the initial paperwork she agree it if they did anything it would be bill as if you went to the emergency room. While I LOVE Baylor Scott & White and the doctors that I have cared for me, the communication/phone system leaves ALOT to be desired. I needed to see a doctor today for my "holiday allergies" and called the clinic to make sure they were open. My call was re-routed to Round Rock (which is not open on Sunday) After trying twice, I waited to talk to the operator. She also was not sure if the Circle C clinic was open and suggested that I go to Pflugerville (which is over an hour from me!!)......So, took my chances and just went over to the clinic!! Had great care and wonderful service, but sad that no one can communicate with the clinic to make an appointment. I hope they address their telephone protocols in order to be more proactive for patients in the future. read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Fisher since the clinic opened. We absolutely love her. She is extremely knowledgeable and is someone I trust completely with my family's health. She is very thorough during our exams and I never feel rushed through. She is up to date on evidence based practice which I really appreciate. She is very careful about prescribing antibiotics which I think is missing at many other physician clinics. Overall Dr. Fisher is an informed, professional, sweet, and supportive physician who we love and highly recommend! We had always had good experiences with the office overall. The man who is usually working the front, Antwon, is so genuinely nice. He greets you with a warm welcome and is always ready to help you. In addition, we have really liked all the nurses that we have encountered. They have been very nice and professional. We saw Dr. Gerard two times during Dr. Fisher's maternity leave for which she was covering. We were happy with her knowledge and service. I would strongly disagree with one of the negative reviews stating she was not knowledgeable. Overall, I recommend this clinic highly, especially Dr. Fisher who is absolutely wonderful! read more

There is always an issue at this clinic. Whether it's male nurses doing procedures that should be done by a female or with another lady present.. or simply the scheduling issues left and right here. They really need to get it together. I shouldn't be on hold 20 minutes to schedule a shot, or wait 15 minutes in the front before someone comes to check me in.. If it wasn't so convenient I wouldn't go. But I shouldn't have to drive 30+ minutes to receive adequate care. I have been with Scott & White for heart condition for 15 years and it's great to have a clinic so conveniently located. I've used the clinic several times since it opened, including yearly physicals and have always got right in and been very pleased with staff. I see the comments below on charges from S&W labs. The clinic has taken it upon themselves to switch to Quest so my current bill for blood & other work should be more in line with what I (or my insurance) would pay elsewhere. read more

I went to this clinic for a well visit in November. I was completely stunned when I received the bill for the standard blood work. They billed my insurance $209.90 for a comprehensive metabolic panel. Same test at Clinical Pathology is billed at $78.25. They billed $231.97 for TSH, which was $13.35 at Clinical Pathology. Bottom line, my portion was $331.46. I have never paid more than $50.00 for routine yearly blood work. I contacted billing, they did a review and said that when you sign their paperwork you agree to a "facilities charge". What that means is that I was billed as if I went to the hospital, which I did not. Do not go to this clinic, unless money is no object for you. It is this kind of over charging that makes all of our insurance premiums go up. read more

I have no idea why this office is getting negative reviews. We have been coming here for about a year. Both myself and my husband as well as my two children have all had excellent experiences. We have been seen quickly by two of the physicians. Dr Just Took a lot of time to do through examinations, my insurance with CIGNA covered all costs. She also diagnosed my daughter with a rare condition affecting my daughter taking different medications. Also, daughter can be difficult at the doctors office and both the nurse and doctor were extremely patient. read more
