Of the four Leader Therapy is best. In addition to their experience and knowledge they are also relational. They listen, take time to process what they hear and apply it to my treatment. Some others like many medical practitioners today have an assembly line approach. You feel rushed if you don't finish an exercise in time. While they are talking to you you can sense them mentally trying to stay on schedule to get their quota for the day. Once I almost fell when another patient stepped backward off a platform onto my foot as I walked by because the equipment was too close together and too many patient were crowded into the space. The pace at Leader Therapy is relaxed but still efficient. I can see more progress every visit and I feel patient progress is their primary purpose.

After submitting my referral from my surgeon as well as all of my insurance documents, including an email containing a screenshot that my deductible had already been 100% met as requested by Vista. I was told by reception/billing that my copay for each visit would be $21. Great! I booked twice weekly appointments and began my healing! Each visit I paid my $21 prior to each appointment. Imagine my surprise when suddenly I received a bill for almost $600 in the snail mail. I have worked tirelessly with Vista's billing department (out of state BTW) in conjunction with my insurance (upwards of a total of 8-10 separate phone calls) to no avail. Naturally, I have halted my PT and am simply left to continue the exercises I already was assigned and utilizing online resources to try to remedy my issues post 2 surgeries. Vista claims this is not their issue and the bill must be paid instead of working to correct the issue. I am now left to pay over $600 for a total of 11 visits with Vista PT. Just not right and unethical IMHO. Just be aware this may happen regardless of what the office may tell you upfront regarding billing prior to your first appointment. Very disappointed.

Finally a partial leg amputation, which was included with a complete new hip on one side, and a complete lumbar reconstruct, I really felt that my active & traveling life was over. I had trouble just trying to stand and when I did I could only manage a few minutes at a time. Getting out of bed was an extreme chore. I couldn't even sit long as it was just as uncomfortable in most instances. I slept very little because of much pain. i don't use synthetic drugs, so just imagine what kind of pain I had. This was after all two major surgeries to under go after 60. Someone recommended Physical Therapy of Melissa to me as it was sure that I would need it. From the start they took great care of me.
