They are very knowledgeable and are both willing to let you undertake your vision as you want or offer suggestions if you want. I had a piece where the artist signature was close to the edge and they suggested inverting the way we put the mats so that the signature would not be covered and I could still have 2 colors of mat to bring out colors. I had never seen this and it was a great idea. They are also quite fast and their prices are great. I am only sad that I did not find them before. Highly recommend.
