The owner, Glenn, was onsite the day I called him, and as he has done in the past, he gave me a fair estimate on the repair and the promise that he would start right away. He came though again as he has in the past, and my newly repaired fence looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone. Side note: The original fence and gutters NOLA Gutters put up still look great and both were unfazed by this recent tornado or the massive snow storm in NOLA in Jan 2025.

I would never use this company again. We hired them to do some gutter repair/installation and,…read morewithout asking or telling me they were going to do it, they tore the top off my back gate. I would have understood if they had asked permission and explained why it was necessary (I was home at the time so it would have been easy), or if they had done a conscientious job of it so it could easily be put back. Instead they tore it off leaving jagged pieces of wood and didn't mention it. So disrespectful and uncaring. Screw these people. Rude over the phone, too.
