They offer clear package options, which honestly helped more than I expected. It would have been easy to feel overwhelmed or make rushed, expensive decisions in the moment, but having everything laid out made it much easier. They handled everything for me, so I didn't have to go out of my way or worry about making arrangements while grieving. I just chose what I wanted, and they took care of the rest. I reached out because I was struggling more than usual with the loss--it was just two days before the anniversary of my dad's passing--and I truly needed someone to step in and help. I'm very grateful for their care and professionalism during such a hard time.

Z E R O stars for missing remains:…read more I feel so guilty for putting our beautiful Rhubarb in the hands of this business. I'm sure the positive reviewers had a fine experience, but when this business gets it wrong, *they will not make it right.* I am writing this review after three years of requesting answers from Heaven's Pets regarding my cat, whom I brought to them in 2023 and still have received no confirmation of cremation via mail, email, phone call or my memorial items included in the package. I understand they had a fire, and we've been extremely patient and forgiving for years. But at this point, I'm just sad. We had other issues with her cremation even before the fire as well. The biggest issue is losing Rhubarb's remains and the memorial items we ordered during their fire. Mistakes and disasters happen, but their complete lack of accountability and communication afterward has been painful. We've contacted them over the last few years, and every time, I was told they'd "look into it." They even said they had her memorial items, promising to reach out to me. I never received a single follow-up call after those attempts. I get a receptionist who says they'll go check and "call back" or I get a machine for voicemails. We didn't choose the package with her ashes, but we did choose a package that included memorial items. It's also standard to receive confirmation of the cremation. I've seen others complain about a lack of communication due to their fire on various social media sites. Unfortunately, many people online don't care if it didn't happen to them. But it could happen to you! From the beginning- their treatment of us was callous: We called ahead to confirm our "walk-in appointment" and explained. When we arrived, staff treated us like an inconvenience. A woman told us to go back outside and ring a doorbell. Then she forced us to stand in the parking lot holding our deceased cat wrapped in a towel for 15 minutes because of a "policy," as though we hadn't just spoken to them on the phone. Clearly, they weren't communicating well. It was as if we were on trial for transporting the cat ourselves? She was a 16 year-old cat who died in her sleep. It was such an odd way to greet grieving pet parents. I would've let this interaction go if we'd gotten adequate services and communication after her cremation(which I don't even know if she was cremated or burned in the fire). Losing a pet is hard enough, but having a business take your money, lose your pet's remains, ignore your calls for years, and treat you harshly during intake is unethical business. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility at all costs. This is one of the only providers in the area, but it's worth it to look around or heavily document if you use their services. I was fooled by all the wonderful reviews and online chatter. If they have an inconvenience, they won't handle your pet's remains with care or respect. I hope we can come to an understanding, Heaven's Pets. I'd love it if you had Rhubarb's things. If you don't, I should be getting a refund. I'm so sorry, Rhu Boo
