The staff is very professional, very kind and informative. Their office is very clean and the ambiance is relaxing and staff will answer any questions you may have without hesitation and with patience. Also you leave with a check after every visit. The facility is easy to access, parking is not an issue, and the small office is a relief from other large institutions that might be more stressful to visit. The COVID vaccine study here has been so professionally run. Karen H. is an amazing asset to Bayview -- quickly answering questions even on evenings and weekends. This is a staff that cares about their patients, values our time, all while still preserving the integrity of the study. I took my daughter to the Bayview Research Group to take part in the Pfizer Vaccine Trial, and we had a great experience there. Karen H., in particular, was SO hard working and so helpful and kind. I've known Michael for many years since we worked together at a glaucoma research lab working on cell assays. He has always been very driven to perform in an excellent manner and I have found this desire to be contagious when I am with him. I remember a mutual friend describing him as a machine. In my recollection, one of his favorite expressions is, "It's time dependent." This was literally true of the assays we respectively performed back in that glaucoma lab. Most people don't naturally have the level of energy Michael does, but I believe anyone who knows him in anything but the most superficial and brief contexts would understand that he is nothing other than a wellspring of joyful ebullience. read more

I'm so happy my friend recommended me to Bayview Research Group. Getting a free vaccination to prevent HPV makes good sense for my health. Getting paid to progress science is a no-brainer. The medical team at Bayview were very professional and yet, so kind and personable. The office manager, Karen and her staff are exceptional and truly compassionate about their work. The office is very clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff here are always so nice and happy to see you and it is always a pleasure coming in. Super nice and explains everything to you in detail. They treat you like a VIP and I am on my second study with them. The staff at Bayview Research Group are truly the best! The came highly recommended to me by several friends. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and an offer of tea, coffee or bottled water. I brought my aunt to one of the memory programs. They treated us both like VIPs; they made every effort to make us comfortable. The study staff and physicians spent so much quality time to make sure every detail was covered. They are truly accommodating as there were several times when I wasn't able to accompany my Auntie. Yet, this wasn't an issue, roundtrip transportation was provided to any appointment that I was not available.
