RUN RUN RUN from these guys as fast as you can!! Had my boat with Comstock marina for service and storage for years. They lost their lease and referred everyone to this NIGHTMARE of a marina. Sent boat in for winter storage in spring called spoke to Nick service manager went over launch items in detail and scheduled to pick up the boat in early April. Well early april turned into mid May after loosing my paperwork the boat was completely filthy bimini top for some reason was removed and tech told me could not figure out how to put it back together. Ok i took it cleaned and waxed my wife put bimini on. ( I paid for wax and cleaning ) Shortly after taking boat we noticed it was running hot took it back for service the NIGHTMARE continued. First guy trying to repair boat went on vacation in JULY? Second guy trying to fix boat was bitten by a spider? Finally after three weeks they said it was fixed but Nick said it would not rev or plane? Worked when I brought it in just saying? They had boat an additional 3 weeks could not figure out what was wrong. We lost the season waiting for a repair. Finally I took boat not repaired out of that HELL hole after 6 weeks not fixed. Took boat to Werelen Brothers Marina in Brick they diagnosed the issue and fixed the boat in three days? This place is not only an unorganized disaster with no one there able to work on boats but also the service manager NICK is the best BS artist in south Jersey. I am a fairly new boater, having brought my boat new in 2019. Relying on favorable Google reviews and because it was close to my house, I entrusted them with servicing my pontoon - both for winter as well as spring services. I have been with them since, paying about $2 to $3 thousand per year on services. After the winter service in late 2021, I was informed that they accidentally damaged my boat with the fork lift, punching a hole in one of the pontoons. I didn't make a fuss and just asked them to repair/replace the damaged part. They finally informed me that they completed the replacement in early spring (beginning of April). What they neglected to tell me was that they removed the shrink-wrap protecting the boat and thereby exposing my pontoon boat to the elements, for at least 1-2 weeks. With freezing rain still coming down in early April, the removal of the shrink wrap was damaging to the seating surfaces on the pontoon. I wasn't happy about it, but again, I made little fuss. But when I took the boat back to my dock, I noticed there was a small scratch on my boat. I tried to contact Baywood multiple times, with pictures of the damage and got absolutely no response, and this despite me being their customer for the last 3 years. Consumer warning. Baywood has the worst customer service. Poor representative of Jeanneau. They made a pleasurable experience become a nightmare. They delivered our boat dirty and damaged. Some systems not functioning. They have had our boat since November and still not fixed after they told us it was. They ruined our galley and berth cushions including the bolster by spraying something onto our spotless cushions staining them. While fixing our air conditioning that didn't work from day one. They left the hose off the nipple for the inlet that could have sunk our boat. We kept telling them air conditioning didn't work. They said it did and we went all summer with no air. Don said he would send a repair person to fix it in August. Never happened. Many promises made, none kept. Were is the 5 year Yamaha warranty? We were promised a 5 year warranty, and got a 3 year in the mail after we bought boat. Once we complained to Jeanneau our salesman instead of resolving issues. Refused to talk to us even when the service manager went to him to go over the boat with us. Once we bought the boat all customer service stopped. Never heard from owner to step up and make good. read more

There is a case pending that they had acted as a duel agent in a sale of a boat and posted a different price to the buyer than to the seller in an attempt to defraud the seller out of money.
