Been going here since the spring(9 months) and every few trips they can never find my points but can see I've purchased. How do you have a reward system but don't honor it? The last time I was there they even found someone else had purchased under my name, which should show I have MORE points, but yet still nothing. The manager came over and couldn't explain anything and would only say my system domes show you have point. How?? She wouldn't even offer to make it right. She really didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Second twist: my boyfriend then said okay I should have points add it to mine - shocker- he apparently has none too and they lost his purchase history. People in the lobby agreed with him and said similar things happened to them! It's not about the points, we have plenty of money but who doesn't like their freebies? but the lack of customer service lost them a customer. The manager even said she didn't care. Horrible service. Will never go back first time last time. On there website they advertised a 12 days of Christmas advent calendar. They ask you to pre order online for $20.00 and then you could come in the store and pick it up and save $25.00 if you pre ordered before Dec 1st. So I went on the website and preordered the advent calendar. They sent me an order confirmation email and on December 4th I went to pick it up. I had never been there before so I walked in and they asked what I was there for I told them I had preordered a advent calendar and was there to pick it up they told me they had no clue what I was talking about and that I didn't order one. I then showed them a screenshot of the email and the email and they told me that it didn't matter I was not in the system with a order but I could still buy the advent calendar but would not get the discount. Even though I had proof I did. They were rude , offered no solutions and basically said take it or leave it. But if I wanted to buy anything else since I was a first time customer I would get 42 percent off I told them no thanks I will never shop here again,horrible experience read more

Almost all of the employees I've encountered here have been super helpful and never make you feel stupid for asking questions. (Update: been less than 24hrs and the cap has popped back open on its own like it is broken picture below) Came to buy flower and a pen wanted to get the garlic cake by apex but the package they have on display looks nothing like the tiny stemmy green buds that are in the packages asked to buy the display because it looked like it should and was one bud but they wouldn't so they want you to see a fire bud then buy a shake smalls 8th of scraggles (bait and switch) claw disposable I got wasnt capped all the way and was open when I brought it back in they claimed they switched it out but instead just shoved the cap back on and then gave it back I know this because I bent the tab on the box on purpose and rolled it in my fingers trying to put the tab back under the flap when I confronted them about it the girl went in back and came out with another one you could tell she just bent the tab on it as when I got the first one and looked into the drawer didn't see any bent tabs on any of them also vapes are all still stored on their sides I don't take too kindly to people thinking I dont know any better and trying to play me for a fool even funnier is a store not too far away has the same flower as smalls for 30 a quarter or 50 for a half and their smalls are bigger than the buds bazonzoes is selling for 25 an 8th and now after being called on their b.s. and the manager that lied to me on Friday was the one who just did my exchange now they wont even respond because they are all liars and their vacation is more important than them screwing over their customers and they could care less about you or the products you receive take your money to whitmore lake and get better flower for almost half price of these walled lake thieves that create problems but dont handle them read more
