They made the executive decision to open an IV and take blood from the other arm. Both arms are now completely bruised. 2 days after stay, new blood tests requested, she refused on the account of the state of her arms. A monitoring device was installed for 74 TL co-pay: at the time of writing $25.50 ($5.50 more than Aetna and Cigna co-pay for private institutions in the US). 2. We had to visit the doctor's personal offices to see the person as he did not visit the in-patients in the hospital. This would cost an additional couple hundred lira for non-doctor families. 3.
