I miss the personal service I used to get with HUB. They used to say hello and knew your name when…read moreyou pulled up to the window or to the drive through. Now they do not even say hello half the time. We miss the good ol days of knowing people that use the bank and the tellers knew us. Robin and Gayle and another lady there used to know our names as I am there almost everyday making a deposit for the company I manage. The owner of the company I work for has pointed this out to me also, he is upset about the lack of personal care with the customers now. Im shopping around cause i did not want a big bank, I want the small town service I am used to.

The previous companies web site was higher performance than this one and more user friendly. I thought it was irresponsible to not make my electronic statements available for some time; at least long enough to allow the customer to download them. Instead, they deleted my bank statements. The lock-out weekend caused all levels of trouble for me. I was dumbstruck when I realized that they lost 3 or 4 days of transaction history: Jan 17, 18, 19, 20. Update: We have not received any indication that social security benefits have been received for two months.
