Made a $50,000 deposit and they were so inept the lost the scan of the check. They put a 10 day…read morehold on it and released it. So the funds were available. 4 days later, they took the funds back. The deposit was a cashiers check from a local bank, in other words same as CASH. Chase never submited the check for payment to the issuing bank because guess what? No scan! So instead, they just said it was an a check deemed invalid by the issuing bank. The issuing bank immediately proved that wrong and Chase finally admitted their incompetency but meanwhile I am out $50K for 2 weeks and they earned interest on my money. You cannot trust a bank that cannot even make a transaction as complex as a cashier at a convenience store. And then not give a damn.

I've seen quite a bit of change over that time and I'm afraid to say it's mostly been declining. Poor customer service, attitudes beyond sarcastic with the employees and god forbid you speak with a branch manager or anyone in banking administration. Untouchable morons... who is we're forced to work and live in a job that truly dealt with customers or their complaints would not be fit to work at the county fair dart balloon booth.
