Went to cash a check and deposit most of it have been a cust for 20 yrs was told they had to hold until tues also got hit for almost two hundred dollars overdraft fees for a ten dollar mistake would not reverse so I went to another bank was in and out in 20 min with new checking account read more

No, Carter bank may not have ATMs or online banking like bigger banks, but they do have a drive-thru window to accommodate those who get out of work after 5. They also have investment options and free checking. I trust them a lot more these days than the "big" banks.
