I purchased a metal Gazebo 5 years ago expecting the structure to last at least 8-10 years (based…read moreon my assumption of good quality products used because of the cost). Unfortunately after just 3-4 years the polycarbonate roof appeared to deteriorate quite suddenly and then holes appeared in the outer layer of the polycarbonate. I took this up with the company and they suggested that it must have been hailstones which caused damage to the outer skin of the polycarbonate. In the last 5 years we have never had hailstorms here that could have caused this damage. I can only then deuce that the roof structure was made of very poor quality and was not up to withstanding temperate region weather conditions. My advice is, don't go near this product unless you are happy for 3-4 years service from it. By the way, Toolport offered me a 10% reduction on a new roof structure as a gesture of goodwill....
