We purchased a 2015 suburban from BBC Motorsports back in March. We had a fantastic purchasing experience but I decided to wait and post my review after we'd driven the car a few months. Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. Such a smooth, no-nonsense car buying experience with Jason at BBC Motorsports!! This feels like a family business and not a too-slick, oily/greasy dealership. Background story: on a Friday, we drove out to Schottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford because we saw a listing for a 2015 vehicle we liked and was priced really competitively. We get out there and do a bunch of back-and-forth rigmarole only to find out that they are SCAM ARTISTS and tag on this "dealership package" of a mere $1500 that is NOT optional and was NOT listed anywhere in the fine print on the ad (even though they said it was! I checked!). So we go back to internet, find a 2017 version of the same vehicle listed competitively at BBC Motorsports. I called them up and spoke with Jason and he assured me they don't try to pull any shenanigans like that. We went down there the next day to check out the car. He offered us a MUCH fairer price for our trade-in vehicle than Schottenkirk did and explained why he was offering that price, which was based on common sense and fair business. We drove away with a better car than we would've gotten from Schottenkirk, and without any shady practices! This Jeep was just about perfect (even though he had several more that were similar), but he didn't push me to make a decision on the spot. He offered an overnight test-drive, and said to just give him a shout if I needed anything or had any questions. There was never pressure to buy, but constant help in confirming that this was indeed the car for me. They wanted to make sure the purchase, including the financing deal, etc., worked well for me. If it didn't, then they were happy shaking hands and hoping to help next time. When I finally made the decision to buy, a quick form online, and my credit was run and I had options in front of me in 30 minutes. Best car buying experience I ever had... Not only do they have an amazing selection of the best luxury cars, they have the customer service to go with it! About 8 months after purchasing my Lexus from BBC, I heard a noise under my car and took it to a local dealership to get it looked over. The dealership found the problem and added a few washers and a screw to a protective plate under the car and promptly charged me $150 for doing so. The dealership then proceeded to tell me that they found fluid on the outside of one of the boots under car and that all my struts would need to be replaced... on a car with 36,000 miles... I called BBC, took the car in and they told me the struts were perfectly fine and that the fluid on the boot was probably just tire shine... BBC saved me $1600!!!! The Lexus dealership also looked into my change drawer next to my steering column that the spring pop out on it after hitting it with my knee. They told me it was not reparable and a new one would run me "$450 including installation"... What? are you kidding me? BBC looked at it, called me 15 minutes later and said it was fixed, free of charge... Thank you so much BBC for being honest and taking such great care of your customers!!! read more

It was headache free and we were given bluebook value for our trades. The cars we purchased were a good deal and we have been very happy.
