He took his time to make a thorough inspection and his report showed the scope and detail of his work. He certainly knows what to look for and as the purchaser of the home, I was happy to be able to read his comprehensive report which was very well organized and easy-to-understand. It was illustrated with the many photos which he took during his inspection. Using information in his report enabled me to tailor my purchase offer and have a couple of potential plumbing issues replaced. Mark Retallick's "On-Sight Home Inspections" was well worth the price, and in fact, saved me money on the purchase of my home!

Says I owe another months rent, when I gave notice to move. He's totally unprofessional, arrogant and bully's you into thinking you owe monies, when you don't. He is now working for Chamberlain property group. Leave a review on thier page, so they can know what a POS human he is. He also broke our laundry door and came into our suite illegally. They were right about Kristina. Avoid this company and do not share your personal information with them. If the rent seems too low, there's a reason--it's either a scam to collect your info or there's a problem with the property. I learned this the hard way. As a first-time renter, I didn't realize people like this existed. Thankfully, I didn't go through with it. I won't go into detail, but if you decide to deal with them, keep records of everything in case you need to report them to the real estate council.
