This place deserves zero star. My wife called on March 2nd…read moreand made an appointment with the secretary to get estate tax return DONE for her father. The secretary set it for April 13th 2026. My wife explained that we have to get it DONE by April 15th. The secretary said no problem we can do that. Only to find out today April 9th when we called in and spoke to the secretary, she said they CANNOT do the tax return by April 15th and would have to file extension and that they file extension for everyone after March 15th. Why wasn't this said to us on March 2nd when my wife made the appointment? All the accountant has to do is take the numbers from our computer spreadsheet and put them on the tax forms but they refuse to help us now. Try explaining this to the lawyers, judge. We called around today to other accountants and so far noone is taking on new clients. This place has put us in a very very bad spot. This business is trash. They don't care about their customers all they care about is making more money to file extension for everyone even when u (the customer is ready and has been ready since before making the appointment).
