We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

For me, it was always what was open and available when we needed repairs on our car. I usually try to find someone open on weekends, the only time I'm off. But, we had a major repair that was needed and All Tech Auto Repair was referred to us. They are closed on weekends so at first, I wasn't willing to wait until a weekday. However, once I was told by yet another business, of how great and trustworthy they were, I decided to give them a try. And I am so glad I did! We have found THE BEST!! They have been taking care of our car for the past 2 years, and our car has been without issues thanks to them! Ruben, Liz, Manny, and the crew, truly care about their customers and cars. They take the time to diagnose the problem, discuss the issue and the repairs needed, then go out of their way to offer a great price. Not once have they ever caused me any worry or disappointment. And they always get the repair done right the first time. We have had to go to them for a couple of major repairs on our car, the last major repair being just recent. And now, thanks to them, I know we will now be able to hold onto our 22 year old car much longer. It now rides so much smoother, and it's quiet! It's so much better than it was before. I can actually now turn on the car, but now without the car shaking and feeling like it's going to die on me! All the major repairs that were needed, have all been resolved. And the price was within our budget. We are so blessed to have found this place!! Just know that they are BUSY! So appointments are always best. Thank you for everything All Tech Auto Repair!! We will now only go to you for our car and no one else!!!! You are One in a Million!!!!

The crew here are total straight shooters they gave me a comprehensive vehicle report card but didn't pressure me into any unnecessary upsells. So I had to tow the car back to my place and take off for 3 weeks and come back. So pretty much my car was stuck at my apartment's parking lot. When I came back, I called places but they said I would need to tow the car and do a diagnostic test and then they can tell me what's up. I just came back from my trip and I was still recovering from Jetlag so I decided to try mobile service and I found Raul on yelp and oh boy, did he come fast to the rescue! Don't be fool by the cover people, Raul is polite and respectful and I am glad that I was able to get help from him. So he looked at the under hood and said it was an alternator problem. So we bought the alternator from local AutoZone and he was able to replaced it like within 2 second. lol... Also, the cool part was, he bought his home boy aka his cousin or nephew (sorry it's been awhile) and was teaching him.. man I wish I had a cousin like Raul. Anyway, after 8 months, car is running like a new, so far so good with no big issue. But lately, being hot summer in Riverside, I do notice when I try to break with AC on full blast or when I try to turn the wheel while engine is in idle mode, car starts to shake which was not there before. So I'm off to texting Raul to see if he can help again. Btw, he also reached out, like a follow-up after all these times to see how my car was doing... seriously? Who does that!!!! Gracias Raul!
