Unprofessional, rude, and unclear in testing instructions. My child and I were treated very poorly from the minute we arrived to the test. The instructor was impatient, condescending, and rude. He did not provide enough time or clear instructions to complete tasks expected during the road test. His whole demeanor was negative from the start. Instructors; Please remember to treat our children (and vehicles) with dignity and respect. This may be just another test for you, but this was our first experience and it was tense and stressful. This guys flunked a 42 year old man because of a faulty city traffic signal. Not like I'm a young kid and was told "you better go study harder" but after being cut short and him taking my mothers 75$ she was gifting me so i can finally get my license after driving illegally my whole life. When he only realized he was in the wrong and just took our money and only offered a discount for the next time we use his services. He also was very agitated to even have been there working at all. started off with a very bad attitude stating my 18yr and 3mth old granddaughter needed to drop me off and return to the parking lot to test. the spaces where she was to park were not clearly naked due to snow being on the ground. To her credit she was shoveling and putting salt down when we arrived but I would still not recommend this company mainly because of the personal attitude of the instructor and being very rude . It was as if she'd already been pai and could care LESS how we were treated for 15 minutes in the parking lot and not even being able to do the road test which I'm positive she would have passed! read more

Do not use this company ! I had a bad experience on the test . Did not like the instructor. He did not clearly explain what My son was supposed to do. How to start and stop the test and how that he could reposition him self for the next test . Talked to him and acted like he was an expert driver and not someone still learning. I call to talk to the office. They ladies I spoke to were very rude only giving excuses and not listening to what I had to say. In fact each time I tried ro explain something they would cut me talikg over top of me . I never once got through my hole point . As soon as they did hear I would not be scheduling a new test they hung up on me . Never never use this testing site ! You will regret it! They clearly are all about getting as much money from you as they can! read more
