Then, there was the financial burden of taking care of elderly parents. We had an intro call with Sandy who assured us she could help with our situation. We then decided to take the next step and provided all of our documents within their portal on March 3rd. After submitting we heard nothing back from them for weeks and so we called towards the end of the month to check in. When we did this they only then started asking us for additional documents and wanted us to reformat all profits and losses within their specific document formats despite us already providing these 4 weeks prior in our own format. We asked them if they could just use our existing documents and they said that would be an additional bookkeeper service of $300. At this point we were very frustrated that they took an entire month to tell us all of this after we submitted initial documents. We ended up filing with an alternative.
