I had to pay another place 140 to fix what was done. And now unfortunately will have to find a new place to get my hair done. Not good business to lose a customer over something that could have easily been fixed

I'm not sure how I feel about this overall. The blow out left me a little frizzy. It wasn't the best blow dry for my hair. The price was over 200. for this. I'm neutral right now. Perhaps color and blow at home will be the better option next time. The decor is beautiful. Everyone is friendly, the shampoo massage chair is a 10!!!! I came in with gel for the polish removal, nail were filed and color reapplied, primer, then ole skool clear gel, then color base, then clear gel. Tap on the wrist your done. No nail cleaning or special touches. No cuticle clean up. Disappointed with service and nail shape. Basic service and my nails looks weird. My hands are just as dry as they were from coming the cold, as they were going in. Friendly but never giving up my money for this service or the free nail file. It was done so efficiently, never rushed, and came out gorgeous, exactly what I asked for. Like watching a total artist at work.
