I've been ripped-off by Maven Social and their president Tim Mischuk. I've entered into a contract…read moreto purchase leads for student loan relief, they promised me 25 qualified leads a day or 500 qualified leads a month. I paid for the first month $1,500 and I never got one qualified lead, at that point I realized that they seem to struggle to generate these leads and I asked them not to charge my account again, which they did, now I'm in $3,000 and not one qualified lead. I made sure that they couldn't charge me again. At this point I started to ask for a refund but they came up with all kind of excuses and promises to avoid refund my money. I had no other choice but to do a charge back but even with a charge back I can't get the money maybe because the company is in Canada and I'm in the USA. Do not trust Maven Social and their president Tim Mischuk, he appear to be the nicest guy ever but he is dishonest and he lies as well. Now he claims that I already got a refund, I would like to use this opportunity and challenge Tim to prove that I got my $3,090. He is threatening me with defamation law suit, because he doesn't understand that defamation is when you spread rumors about someone or a company, in my case I'm telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth, keep away from them and warn everyone else to keep away, they are dishonest company and they will never refund your money even of they are wrong!
