Stephen and Andrew were amazing. I am a divorce attorney and I get to appoint realtors by order of court to sell houses during contentious divorces. This is obviously not a pleasant situation. I can't speak to the level of service offered to buyers or sellers but as a renter they're slum lords. They're rude, indignant, exploitative and refuse to hold up their end of the bargain as it pertains to the lease agreement they've put forth. Insufficient heating, malfunctioning appliances, and rodent infestations are just a few of the issues I've had to go back and forth about with Andrew and his team. Maybe they provide better service on the North side but they're full blown slum lords on the South Side. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone looking to lease an apartment. read more

My roommates and I have been with this company for 3 years, and they have always given the worst service. Constantly changing property managers, never responsive and rude when you are able to reach them. Our neighbor harassed us for months and nothing was done immediately due to "COVID laws". No communication as far as move out details when we tried calling them they ignored our calls and voice messages. When I finally got ahold of Andrew W I was upset it took this long and asked "why is it so hard to get in contact with your office?" Which he responds "I don't think it matters, what do you want?" There was one person who called back ever, and apologized for that experience. And thank you to that person. But the entire time we stayed with be realty we never missed rent, never caused a problem but we were met with carelessness. I'm glad it's over now. read more

I really can't say enough good things about Be Realty. I know people say that all of the time, but in this case it's well-deserved. I honestly could write a novel about all of the positive experiences we had with Andrew, Lynn, and the rest of the team.
