I've been going here for about five years recently. I had a massage artist named Jimmy, and he absolutely even doubt my shoulders and got rid of a huge knot I had in my central back. I'm a local to Laguna and this place is within walking distance so I'd continue to support it if I wasn't feeling like the 3-4 times I tried it I was getting a mediocre massage and then the price fluctuated. If you like ANY pressure they charge you extra. I'm not into deep massage but a "massage" should feel more than someone simply rubbing lotion/oil on you. According to them (and mind you, I've tried this place multiple times) even "medium" pressure is an up charge. That is completely ridiculous. If you're not a local and you're looking for a spot that wont up charge you, gives a good massage and if you book in advance you can ask for a private room so people won't see you taking your clothes off, Parani is right around the corner on Forest Avenue upstairs. I go their frequently for "margaritas and massages" nights with friends and we always get a good massage. Sometimes it's better than others but I've never had a massage that I was disappointed to pay for. As for Beach Feet Spaaa I won't be back. I've tried to support multiple times when Parani is booked solid but I'm not paying $130 for an 90 min "massage" when I'm not getting the pressure I want, it feels rushed, the rooms are not private and I don't feel the value is there at all. read more

The owner, Jenny, whom many have suggested, often inform us that she is available when she is (upon our arrival). When my friend had her the last time, she was switching it out with someone and ended session with my friend early because of prior appointments. We went in and chose the hour option and it was so relaxing and serene. Each masseuse gives you such personalized attention that you forget that there are other people in the room. At first I did think it was weird to see a bunch of massage tables in a hallway type thing but I got over that pretty quickly lol. I would suggest to a first timer and to the female manager/owner to tAke a few minutes before the appt to confirm what the client wants in terms of massage style and pressure. The check in process feels very rushed. My second booking for an appt I received the Thai style of walking on me when that's not what I expected/booked and actually found to be somewhat painful. Another experience I received a super light massage when I prefer more firm. 2 minutes spent up front can help ensure a successful enjoyable experience. I go here at least twice a month. They're great with technique. I do martial arts and I'm constantly sore, they are very attentive to your needs and will fix you. I usually get the 90 minute, it's a bit more pricey but I feel it's worth it. The 60 minute goes by fast. I've tried the Swedish, the Combo, the Hot Stone, and Thai. They're all good, but I love when they mix in the stretching with the massage. The place is clean, quiet, and relaxing- I fall asleep every time. You're in a room with other people, but everything is so spaced out and divided with bead dividers, you forget there's others. The gentleman who I usually speak with is a Sports therapist, so he tells the masseuse what should be done to help you. read more

My husband and I booked last minute 90 minute massages and we both agreed, they were the BEST massages we've ever had. We both had deep tissue and it is deep tissue, but today we are pain free from the mid and low back pain we both had. At times the pressure is strong, but we both love that. And today proves how good our therapists were! At one point I'm not sure if I was asleep or in a trance bc I was so relaxed, which I never do in massages. They were extremely accommodating with our request and we continued to enjoy the best massages of our lives. Chris is exceptional- he is very in touch with the body and has a deep understanding for what pressure/work my body needs. He teaches all the massage therapists here so anyone who works on you will be fantastic. I was getting weekly massages during my marathon training and it was an instrumental part of recovery and conditioning. Additionally, when the massage is over they allow you to rest on the table as long as you like so you can slowly rise at your leisure. And the warm and inviting ambiance sets a serene tone. The atmosphere is very tranquil and welcoming with a slight scent of aroma therapy. The room was so quiet, I didn't even want to break the silence to speak about my problem areas, I just let her do her own thing, but I would soon find out, I didn't need to tell her a thing!
