Upon arriving a day after they were supposed to be done, they unsympathetically said it's not done yet, and they had no idea when they'd be finished. Unfortunately, I absolutely needed these clothes for work. After calling their main location, I was able to track down the items and was told to drive to the Pensacola location to retrieve them. Fortunately, I spoke to a very friendly person at the Pensacola location who delivered them to the gulf breeze location. In the end, after scrambling, panicking, and basically begging for my clothes back, I got them 2 days late, and some still dirty. If it wasn't for the incredible lady in the Pensacola location, my job would have been in jeopardy with no work clothes as a new hire.No one even apologized or seemed to care that they didn't know where my clothes where or when they'd be done except for that one person. The washers and dryers are offered in 3 sizes. They appear to be clean and the facility was very clean and there was no feeling like someone would steal my money if I turn away. I left 15 on top of the washer and a lady went and got a worker to secure my money. Everyone was really friendly. They remember faces and pick up conversations where they left off during their last visit. Definitely recommend this laundromat.

If you work in construction and do concrete work and you have concrete dust on your clothes you will break the washing machine if you wash your clothes here. The concrete gardens up and it will not come back out of the machine like the picture attached to this post. If you overload the washing machine because you're too lazy to do your laundry every week so you save up loads and loads of laundry for an entire month and then want to pack the washing machines up to the point that they become unstable and break you are an idiot. Also stop leaving your laundry in the dryers for an hour past it being done you are not the only person that exists in the universe other people have to do their laundry.
