I will be taking all of my future business to PCGS. I refuse to give my money to a company that…read morerefuses to take proper responsibility for its mistakes. I paid NGC $126 to grade my coins, and NGC returned illegible labels that could not be scanned. Even a child could see those labels were illegible. NGC clearly lacks proper quality control. I sent them back, and it took NGC over a month to correct the error. NGC corrected their error when they felt like it, even though I paid NGC top dollar to do it right the 1st time. Interestingly, I was a priority when NGC charged my credit card for the service in advance, but I was not a priority when it came time for NGC to correct their mistake in a timely fashion. I lost two sales because of your error and the delay in correcting it. When I finally received my gold coins, I asked for a refund of $129. I had to go back and forth for weeks. Your employees didn't read the emails and kept confusing my issue, which I think was intentional. I finally picked up the phone and called NGC because clearly reading was not a forte of your employees. I explained the issue, and this particular employee actually knew how to read and review the record to gain a clear understanding. He was only able to offer me a "courtesy credit" for $50, then, when I pushed back, he stated he could ask for $10 more. I have sent NGC over $60K in coins to grade. This is not about the money. It is about NGC owning and correcting THEIR mistake. NGC has NOT taken responsibility or accountability for their error, after costing me over $500 in sales profits and wasting my valuable time. NGC's error I could deal with. How NGC responded, their lack of respect, and taking responsibility is unacceptable and insulting. I will be taking all of my future business to PCGS. I refuse to give my money to a company that refuses to take proper responsibility for its mistakes.

I know that I'm not the only person out there that NGC illegally misgraded every single one of…read moretheir 80 coins that I paid over $6K for Grading Services to be fulfilled that were not!! I cannot be the only one out there that paid for a numerical grade, mint errors and varieties and didn't know that if they were cleaned? I would still have to pay for all 3 and only get an adjectival grade. I can't be the only one who no one told this to and had to hear from other people when they got back! I cannot be the only one who NGC has bankrupt with their lying. I am looking for an attorney to file a class action lawsuit! I know that I am not the only one whose coins you have misgraded and bankrupt for paying for a numerical grade, mint errors and varieties. I know that I'm not the only one who didn't know that if the coins were labeled "cleaned" or "environmentally damaged" that they wouldn't get numerical grades, at all. I know that I'm not the only one was sent back a pile of coins, that they paid full price including mint errors and varieties for, in plastic...not even slabbed. I know that I'm not the only one who didn't know that NGC would only grade a coin with an off center or rotated reverse die to a certain degree. I know that I'm not the only one who you have taken advantage of! You bankrupted me. I'm going to bankrupt you. Each and every single coin that I sent in is doubled die. Every single one. Maybe 1-2 that wasn't. NGC is practicing illegal activity. NGC is not grading authentically or effectively, not even genuinely. NGC does not give a classification for a series of mint errors sent in bulk presented to them. The only way that I'll ever see NGC? Will be in court in a class action lawsuit. There were so many mint errors and varieties; in series; even new that weren't accounted for that I sent that should have been given a brand new classification? It makes me sick! What NGC is doing illegally? Makes me sick! They are taking advantage of people and having them shovel money down their throats even when they're not fulfilling their duties that were paid for! This is illegal! They are not grading coins appropriately because they have such closed minds with people with such little experience that know nothing about coins struck on a different die or brand new theories. I had coins in my invoices that were without a doubt brand new VAM's and doubled dies! Just review the photos! And then, the only reason that I know any of this is from the website! Because the invoice with 46 slabs and the invoice with 9 slabs? WORTH A FORTUNE!!!! SOME ONE STOLE OFF MY DOOR STEP BECAUSE NGC DIDNT EVEN ASK FEDEX TO GET A SIGNATURE FROM ME. ON TOP OF THAT? I bet an attorney would have all of these coins re-graded at no cost to me in addition to others who have been taken advantage of by NGC. So, now? I'm missing 55 VALUABLE slabbed coins and the only way that I can even see them is through the NGC page!!! I paid over $6K for 80 coins to be I effectively inaccurately misgraded!!!
