I asked of they confirm or verify before they cancel and she blamed me that I didn't answer the text - that I did not receive - because she wrote down the wrong number. They also had my spouses number and never texted or verified with them either. Afterwards, I very respectfully asked for painter recommendations in a local group and the owner began blaming me for bad mouthing his company online, that they are great and that I came to his neighborhood to speak badly - never once did he message or apologize for any issue, he was extremely accusatory and completely unprofessional. They were very kind and professional. It did take them a couple of days longer than Rick had estimated, however the attention to detail they show when taping off everything was so detailed that they didn't miss a single thing. The paint job they did also was superb. Our home is 28 years old, but they made the interior look brand new after completion.
