Hi
I have stayed here on 4 different occasions, It is a nice park, the chalets I have stayed in have been adequate although it depends which chalet you get. I have had one, where there was way too much furniture in it , so it was very cramped, but on the whole I have little complaints about the chalets.
Some are split level, bedrooms downstairs and living room and bathroom, kitchen upstairs .a consideration if you take very young children..you will need a stair gate.
There is a lovely heated outdoor pool my BIGGEST complaint is that the pool opens only 10am till 12pm shuts till 2pm and closes again at 5pm.
This is restrictive and if you have been out for the day and its a beautiful summer eve it would be nice to have the use of the pool later than 5pm.Also the 2 hour lunch gap is very annoying. In actual fact the pool is open just 5 hrs a day!!!
I would like use of the pool from 10pm till 7pm at least in the height of the summer, all day with no shutting for lunch,, 2 hrs seems ridiculous
There is a shop across the road to buy anything you may need and a lovely coffee shop/ cafe called Abigails which is reasonably priced for food. The area is pretty and quiet, the beach 5 mins up the road
I love it
Just the pool issue is annoying and something others have complained about too. read more
