We kindly asked for our deposit money back as we had given ample amount of notice, we were happy to pay the full deposit amount until the date of our wedding had been booked by somebody else and if the date had not been filled we were willing to have Waterfront on the pier retain our deposit. She has been nothing but rude and insensitive towards the situation and myself. We ended up finally getting our food almost 2 hours later and after asking multiple times. In addition, the wait staff never refilled our waters, and only refilled the tables around us. When the food finally arrived, it was luke warm at best. We received no empathetic apologies for the delay from the owner or the wait staff. The service was completely unacceptable. Would not recommend coming back if you're not a local.
