Seriously how long does it take to type a 2 or 3 letter word? In a nut shell, I and 400 plus other people were led to believe that the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us in a lawsuit. The fee was to be $320,000 up front plus an additional $100,000 upon completion of the lawsuit. These legal fees were to be shared by the 400 plaintiffs being represented by Kurt Kerns: however; I wanted to verify the Kerns Law Group had agreed to represent us before I blindly sent thousands of dollars to someone I did not know, or ever meet.
