Apparently Walmart values their bottom line so much more than they value their customers experience that they are unwilling to eat just $18 loss in order to keep a customer happy. Will not be shopping here again. I will not support a store that knowingly uses bait and switch tactics, and/or won't take responsibility for their mistakes.

I had to take away stars because the pickup process was confusing. There are a bunch of large signs saying for pickup orders go to the counter in the shoe department (ironic) but when I went there no employee to be found and a there was a sign saying it wasn't open (but according to their info it should have been). It took me awhile to find an employee to get my order.

It was kind of an odd store, we weren't greeted when we walked in and there was an employee on the phone with another person pretty upset. It made it kind of uncomfortable to look around. We looked around and tried some of the samples that were out. A younger gentelmen was bringing in some pies and i asked him about the product I was looking for but he said it had been discontinued. Oh well, we looked around and found quite a few other items and went to check out. I wanted some lip balm and put it with my order and I guess it was forgotten. My sister had put two with her items and they were forgotten as well. Luckily we hadn't been charged for them. Overall I'd come again, the person who rang us up ended up being very nice, maybe she was just having a bad day. The store has a decent variety for a small shop. It never fails I end up parking between two jacked up trucks with gun racks that are still covered in mud from their last trip to the woods. This is a true farmer's store from the animal feeds, water troughs and Carhart brand clothing. There are lots of plaid shirts, farm tools, trailers parts, hardware and fence mending materials. I do like this store and I recently discovered they sell gun safes (imagine that). I think everyone needs one of these whether or not you own a gun they use desiccant to control the humidity and can withstand a fire storm to protect your important papers and valuables.

I only had five items that it took five minutes to bring me up. Two nice ladies checking me out one that was sweet and one that was so sour.

I went to Dollar Tree Store #889 and this is the worst experience I ever had there. I went into the…read morestore at 12:35 and found everything that I needed, but when I got to the register, there was on;y one register open. Someone from the office stepped out and stated register 1 would be opening. I stood in line for 15 minutes and register 1 never opened. The cashier Ms. Bee was the only register open and there was a line all the way to the cooler. I checked out at 1:03 and Ms. Bee was still the only person on the register. There were 2 people in the office and one person opening up boxes. As I was leaving, the associate who was opening boxes, grab her things and left. When I arrived to my car, another associate was leaving. This is ridiculous!!!! Yet, although Ms. Bee was by herself, she remained calm and professional. Myself and other customers look for a number or email to reach out to the District Manager or Corporate Office and could not find any information. I hope someone from Dollar Tree's upper level and address this issue.
