After 2 years of fighting to figure out how to petition my mother and not knowing what went wrong, my mother was denied her visa in an appointment at the embassy, the embassy was really ambiguous and getting the facts clear from my already stress out mother was hard, especially from far away. I had already spent almost 2 years and a lot of money. At this point I hired Mr. Froman and he represented us and gave us great advised to find out to see if we can fight off the decision, he got another interview for my mother but she was denied again, on my mother account this was very arbitrary, at this point I felt helpless and considered it done. I thought given the fact that he had represented as thoroughly until the interview, that his services were pretty much fulfilled, but to my surprise he emails me 2 or 3 months later to find out what was going on and if I had follow his advised, but when I told him of my progress not being much he came up with more ideas of what to do. He reviewed dozens of paper I got from my mother's FOIA to find any holes in the consul's reasoning and fearlessly emailed back and forward with the consul at the embassy. I wish I had hired him from the beginning, I thought my mother's process was going to be a piece of cake based on what a previous lawyer had told her so I tried to do it on my own, but it turn out that there are mountains of information, things you don't even know or for a family member who does not speak or read English would be really hard to understand but Mr. Froman would help you get to the bottom of it. Just hire him from the beginning, he is an experience lawyer and a great person, and for his expertise I believe his fees are modest and straightforward. I wish I knew then what I know now, I would have hired him on a blink of an eye. Save yourself some trouble, time and money.
